Dead Space

I did it. I got the Platinum on Dead Space. Talk about exhausting. I must have played from about 10am to 8pm today to get it, to get one last trophy: Beat the game on Impossible. It was probably the hardest trophy I've ever earned so far. Definitely the hardest Platinum I've achieved.

It looks like I got my first trophy on this game on 08/05 of 2009!! So that makes this sucker a year in the making. I never even thought I'd do it. I just grabbed a couple here and there as I played the game and I guess I got so many that the other day when Isaac suggested I play thru it again since he wanted to see it (He is obsessed with this game. I'm probably going to have to buy part 2 on day 1 for him) I felt I'd have a chance at grabbing the few that were left. So I set my mind to it and look what happened. Man that would have sucked to have gotten that far but not been able to get the last one to unlock the plat. I know Dan had a similar issue where he played the whole way thru Uncharted 2 on the hardest difficulty the whole way to the end but couldn't beat the final boss.

I'm so happy but so exhausted mentally. I probably put in over 24 hours in the last 3-4 days. Well I can retire this and take a break for a bit until I get back on it. Next game: Bayonetta!!
